Refund policy

We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in original, resaleable condition.

To request a return, please contact us at  help@botanello.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Returns received without prior contact and approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a tracked postage service, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, misdescribed, or otherwise covered by your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If your item is faulty, damaged, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose, please contact us at  help@botanello.com so we can arrange an appropriate remedy.
