Order Processing Times

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Australia

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $100
  • Express shipping: $15 flat rate

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express shipping: 1–3 business days
  • Remote or regional areas may take slightly longer

New Zealand

  • Standard international shipping: $20 flat rate
    Delivery times vary depending on location and customs processing.
